Steven Meister
Main coach of CBA
Steven Meister has over 15 years of experience as a player and coach. An original member of the USAB Target program, he trained with the nation’s elite players and helped coach the juniors. After his training, he became head coach of one of the second generation of target programs while continuing to play. During this time, he won dozens of regional tournaments and coached his juniors to hundreds of local, regional, and national titles. Several of his players have gone on to compete in International tournaments including the Pan-Am games, Uber Cup, and the World Championships. Steven’s sometimes unorthodox and fun approach to coaching focuses on the not just the how, but includes the “why” and “why not”. .This allows players to further help one another while continuing the learning process well after they leave the gym.
